MindPass is a feature that allows ModularMind to securely access authentication-protected web content on your behalf. This enables you to integrate data from your personal accounts or login-required platforms into your AI workflows.

Usage

  1. Launch a MindPass session: From settings, open the MindPass panel and click the Launch a MindPass Session button. This opens a panel to enter the url of the platform you want to access. Click on the Launch Session button and it will open a secure, private remote browser streamed to your device.

  1. Log in: Use the remote browser to log into the desired platform.
  2. Update MindPass: Click the “Update MindPass” button to save the authentication data.

  1. Use in workflows: ModularMind can now access the authenticated content when running your stacks and chains.

Security

  • Your login credentials (usernames, emails and passwords) are never stored or transmitted to ModularMind servers.
  • Authentication data is saved locally in your browser, similar to how you normally log into websites.
  • For each workflow run, ModularMind creates a temporary copy of your MindPass, uses it to access the required content, then immediately destroys the copy.
  • You have full control over your MindPass data and can delete individual domain entries or wipe the entire MindPass immediately at any time.

Deleting MindPass

You may see domains in your MindPass history even if you didn’t directly log into them. This is because some websites use third-party services that require authentication, which can be stored in your MindPass.
